I am certified through American Council on Exercise as: Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach. I am also certified to teach Punk Rope through creator, Tim Haft of punk rope.com. Specialties include: youth, youth fitness, older adult, orthopedic exercise, weight management, fitness nutrition, jump rope and Punk Rope.
I have enjoyed being involved with health and fitness since childhood, married, raised a family, then made personal training a career in 2008 after our children reached adulthood.
There are no long-term contracts and group rates are available. Purchased classes and sessions expire one year from purchase date.
Gift certificates are available in any amount five dollars or more and expire one year from purchase date.
Corporate health and wellness training is available for the most productive workforce possible.
