    • I have been working with Natalie for quite some time now. I am a 31 year old female. From the start I have seen a significant difference in the way my body looks and feels. I noticed my waistline going down in just one week!!!! Not to mention I am so much stronger than what I used to be. It didn’t take long at all to notice I can lift heavier now. How awesome is that!? Couldn’t be any happier!!! You won’t regret her services to you. She surely knows what she is doing!

It Has been 1yr. since I started working with Natalie.She has helped me tremendously after I basically shut down from the world following a family tragedy.She is so kind and patient.I tell her I am her science experiment!Anyway she is extremely knowledgeable and for whatever your reason for a life style change she is the person for the job.She is just a tiny little thing but somehow I can’t say no to her .Give her a try ,you won’t regret it!

      I don’t usually take fitness classes, but I saw one for jump roping, which peaked my interest. It turned out the class went well beyond jump roping. Natalie inquired about any stiffness or problems that I was experiencing. She gave me a number of exercises that I could do which were beneficial.
      Each session she would pick a different routine, which made the class more enjoyable.
      If you want someone to design a fitness program, I would definately pick Natalie. She makes a workout pleasurable.

      When we first met Natalie and I discussed my goals, and then she worked out a routine specifically for me with those in mind. She was very patient and thorough when explaining the exercises she had developed which would benefit me. I appreciated the thought she gave to my health issues and her knowledge about how the body works. Natalie is reachable by email any time I have a question, which is not only helpful but a time saver for me. Best of all, she will work with you, gently and slowly, and encourage you along the way.

      I was interested in taking a jump rope class, and I found the class was much more than just jump roping. Besides the jump roping Natalie takes you through a number of warmup exercises. She asked if I had any stiffness or complaints. Than she concentrated on helping me with my aches & stiffness.

      Besides the above she has array of fun things to do to loosen up. She passed along a number of things that I could do on my own to help me with my aches & complaints.

      You can tell she likes her work, and wants to share her knowledge. She is pleasant to work with. I would rate her as a 100%, sincere & knowledgeable.

      I very much enjoyed working with Natalie setting up my fitness program. First she educated me on how to track and monitor my results which was extremely helpful. She even provided forms to record my progress. Second she instructed me on proper technique to prevent injury and maximize the benefits of the workout. Third she provided excellent service coming to my place of business at 5 am and following up with me on a consistent basis. Finally Natalie was very pleasurable to work with helping me to achieve great results with 1 year of starting a fitness program with her.

    I had the pleasure of having Natalie in my all day Punk Rope Workshop at Cornerstone Fitness and she really impressed me with her coaching and training ability. She was paired with another instructor for the entire morning and did a terrific job of offering feedback and encouragement.
